I wanted to let you know your install team members were very courteous, professional, and took great attention to keep our house clean while moving equipment up and down. They worked very hard and I wanted to give you positive feedback to share with them. So far, the cooling of the upstairs unit is working very well. The combination of increasing the supply diameter and adding a second 14 x 14 return helped with our air flow and cooling function. Thank you very much.
